Note:
Upon acceptance of artist, the following will be required for approval by the PNE committee:
1. Proposal/Project Description (1 page max)
2. Visual design rendering if applicable
3. Technical Requirements
4. Visual Support Material with Support Material List
Programming Policy:
All submissions for consideration are judged in relation to the PNE’s objectives along with the alignment of our programming focus to celebrate arts and culture through storytelling with the development of artistic opportunities, providing a legacy for Hastings Park. Submissions that arrive after the deadline will not be considered. A secondary call may be required to clarify information from the selection committee.
Application Eligibility:
To apply and to be eligible to receive a grant, the applicant must be an individual or group who is geographically located within British Columbia throughout the Application Period, and who is not (i) a Quebecor/VideoTron/Freedom Mobile/Fizz employee or director, or such individual’s immediate family members or persons with whom such individuals are domiciled; (ii) a PNE employee, officer or director or such individual’s immediate family members or persons with whom such individuals are domiciled; (iii) an employee of any advertising or promotional agency associated with this contest. Proof of identification and residence must be produced on request. For these official rules, “immediate family” refers to the father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, husband, wife or partner of such an employee, agent and/or representative.

Selected artists will work with the PNE to finalize project timelines following the awards process.
